 OCZ at NewEgg LANFest 2K5!

This year's NewEgg LANFest could not have been more fun and exciting for OCZ Technology! The premier annual gaming event took place in the Pasadena Conference Center this past weekend and welcomed gamers of all ages, expertise, and interests to participate in several tournaments, computer hardware raffles, and case mod contests.
"OCZ was excited to be a major sponsor of the Newegg LanFest 2K5," stated Alex Mei, Vice President of Marketing, OCZ Technology, Inc. "This major LAN event was a great opportunity to work closely with our partners to really address the distinctive needs of the gaming community."
OCZ was more than happy to outfit all LANFest tournament systems with premium OCZ memory and provide prizes for the attendees. Among the giveaways were the gamer-friendly OCZ PC-3500 Gold Gamer eXtreme series and 520W ModStream power supply. Seventeen winners took home one of 12 OCZ 1GB dual channel kits and 5 power supplies for participating in the OCZ raffles and contests. As a much needed diversion, OCZ held a dance competition for attendees willing to show us their moves for an OCZ Platinum 1GB Kit, PowerStream PSU, and ModStream PSU. OCZ was delighted with the enthusiastic participants as they entertained the crowd up on stage.
OCZ Technology was extremely honored to be at this year's NewEgg LANFest. We could not pass the opportunity to spread the word about the latest gamer-friendly products and to meet and greet those who know us and love us as well as those who are less familiar with what we are all about.
