HI!
I bought many OCZ stuff this year (lot of ram, PSU, cables...). Recently had to RMA a gig of OCZ VX. What can I say... WOW!!!. I talked to an OCZ rep. and he helped me just FINE!. Even with my poor english, he took time to advise me. He told me I'll receive the memory the next day and I received it as advertised...that was fast :o). I must say no other company I,ve deal with are that great with our customers. A+++++ OCZ

| GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SUPPORT, GREAT RAM |
A couple of months, I brought some OCZ value ram from Fry's and it had a rebate. I sent in the rebate and after a very long wait, I decided to inquire about the delay. The support staff was more than helpful with my emails, especially a fellow named John. Somehow the situation escalated and the VP of sales responded to little me! I was mad that it took so long for the rebate company to send the rebate, but the customer service department and the VP of sales responded to my inquires in a timely manner and I'm happy about that! OCZ RAM Rocks!!!!!

OCZ is just an awsome company. Is there anymore to say? Yes. They make excpeptional products and they usually have the enthusiasts in mind. There is no other company out there that caters to the enthusiasts every needs. OCZ is the kind of company that pays attention to every detail and every product is isanley great. The only way for OCZ is up, and up we shall go.

I bought 3 sticks of OCZ pc3200EL ram last summer on ebay. After changing my motherboard, I realized that using the 3 sticks would drop my FSB speed. I gave OCZ tech support a call, they immediately suggested that they would accept my 3 sticks and replace them with 2x512 modules. I payed the small difference, the new modules were couriered out and in my hands in 2 days, I shipped my 3 modules back with the same courier as he was delivering my new ones.
I have also received excellent email support from Andy and the bleedingedge forums to all of my overclocking questions. OCZ service is top of the line, every customer is important, they realize and act on this principle. I will refer my associattes, friends and everyone I can to the personal support and exceptional quality of the OCZ product line. I have every confidence in your products, service and support.
