I've dealt with many tech companies's recently (I'm in the computer industry) that just don't give a care about their customers. I was impressed with the response time of your RMA department in getting back to me. I was very surprised to see that the day OCZ received my return, a replacement was shipped out. Not only that, but it was shipped 2-day FedEx. Today I opened my package and found a brand new shiny stick of RAM. I put it in my PC and I'm happy to say it works perfectly. You showed your concern for the customer with the first email and carried through to the end in a fashion that just isn't the norm by today's standards.
You've earned a customer for life!

I just want to thank OCZ for their assistance in finding the best modules for my system. Everything is working fine in my Abit NF7-S, after going through a kit of one of your "competitors" memory and finding later it was incompatible. Thanks again.

Just recently bought two packs of the PC-4000 512MB Dual Channel kits for a total of 1 GB and I just fell in love with OCZ, never will I buy a stick of ram made from anyone else.

I had a problem with my motherboard, it did not like to have all the memory slots filled. This had nothing to do with the memory, but OCZ said they would trade me for 2 sticks with the same capacity as my four. They did this so i could enjoy my computer. The best service from any computer company I have ever seen or heard of, and a big thank you to Sean.
