I called tech support for help and Sean answered the call. He was courteous, polite and he was able to answered all my questions. But best of all his readiness to help me with my problem. He made me feel like I was his number one concern. I can't put in words the great customer service that I received from Sean. Keep up the great work. I will be a life long customer.

Just a note to let you know I received my replacement sticks and they are flawless. Thanks to you and the entire OCZ team for a uniquely satisfying customer service experience. Thank you for such a quick turn around in reprogramming my OCZ memory. I was thrilled to receive it back so quickly - I didn't think they would get back to me for weeks. It is working great and I am very happy with it. I really appreciate you being so kind and generous in helping me to get my memory working even though I was the one who made the mistake in ordering the wrong product for my Dell 8300. You could have just as easily told me "too bad." So thank you again!

WOW ... I'm impressed. If only other H/W vendors would take your lead and respond so quickly and informatively!
I've been in the 'puter buz since the 70s, and in my opinion your response is amoungst the top of any I have ever received (IBM, Digital, Microsoft, ...). I hope my taking the time to write this is appreciated by your bosses!

I just wanted so say how pleased I am with your service. You were extremely fast and curtious in all expects. I am very impressed and have never been treated so well by customer service before. I am recommending OCZ to everyone and will definitly buy OCZ in the future. Thanks for everything.
