I just wanted to thank you again and let you know that Sean in your customer service department has really made an impact on me. OCZ is by far the best company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing wiwith. You can't even imagine how rare it is for a company to live up to my expectations. I just wanted to say that OCZ has been by far the most helpful computer peripheral company that I have ever come across. Every time I called (twice) you have been very helpful with my questions regarding memory and overclocking. I just got my ASUS P4P800 MB up and running with a P4c 2.6g overclocked to 3g. I'm using your "Gold rev2" pc3700 dual channel DDR. The bus is clocked to 233 at 1:1 and the latencies are set lower than your specs. Both the memory acceleration and performance modes are enabled and it runs without a glitch. I'm sure that your memory is one of the more significant factors that contributed to the success of this project. Many thanks!

First of all, it's well known that in today's day and age Customer Service is for the better part: DEAD. Your company on the other hand seems to be turning this notion around. I was very surprised to see your willingness to help with quick and courteous responses.

I must add that OCZ Technology has been one of the best companies I have dealt with. I have many different vendors memory and have had the unfortunate opportunity of needing to exchange the occasional defective stick. Your company memory exchange system is the best in the business.
