| | I bought 3 sticks of OCZ PC3200EL ram last summer on ebay. After changing my motherboard, I realized that using the 3 sticks would drop my FSB speed. I gave OCZ tech support a call, they immediately suggested that they would accept my 3 sticks and replace them with 2x512 modules. I payed the small difference, the new modules were couriered out and in my hands in 2 days, I shipped my 3 modules back with the same courier as he was delivering my new ones. I have also received excellent email support from Andy and the bleedingedge forums to all of my overclocking questions. OCZ service is top of the line, every customer is important, they realize and act on this principle. I will refer my associates, friends and everyone I can to the personal support and exceptional quality of the OCZ product line. I have every confidence in your products, service and support.
