Hey, you guys are really on the ball! Took less than a week turn around time for me to get a new stick of RAM after my old one stopped working. I really wish other companies had your strive for excellence! Keep up the great work, I hope you can pass this note around to the service dept.

I called on Tuesday morning and Sean, one of your telephone reps, was very fast to answer the phone. I asked Sean if I should buy PC4000 memory for my new machine and suprisingly he told me it would be overkill and suggested a different product for my system. It is rare to find that kind of honesty today and I appreciate the fact that rather than sell me something I don't need your staff took the time to talk with me about my system. I will buy OCZ memory now, simply because your company spent the time on the phone to explain to me everything that I needed to know to make an educated purchase.

I have the EL4200 (2x512) and love it. Does what it is supposed to do and then some and the tech support from OCZ when I THOUGHT I had a problem was outstanding! We narrowed the problem down to the CPU and today I got my new 2.8E (Same as the old one) and everything is running great. They have some knowledgeable people there and they don't mind helping their customers find solutions P.S. Thanks Tony!

Generally when any hardware is run "out of spec", most manufacturers and distributors simply put the blame on the customer when there are specific issues. I was relieved that you took the time to look at the entire situation before making prejudgments about something that I did incorrectly in my hardware setup. Because of this experience, I feel very confident in purchasing OCZ products in the future, not just because of the quality of RAM but the exellence of technical service.
