Replacement
I had a PSU go out after about 14 months; OCZ not only responded with a replacement, but sent me a newer, more powerful PSU. This is the manner of customer service that sets them apart from other companies, I love their RAM also! :)

At this point i don't think the best of words, nor the best string of words could describe just how impressed/pleased/overwhelmed by the generous and caring support i have been receiving by yourself and the rest of the OCZ staff there. as well as the company itself. if there is a place where i can give yourself, your staff/co-workers, and the company of OCZ a Kudos for all their hard work i would gladly like to know so i can tell them of the wonderful experience i have had with you guys. Steven Alkok was extraordinarily courteous and very nice and friendly when addressing my original issue which totally impressed me right off the bat. Joe Viverito totally impressed me...Andy has been wonderful in helping me and discerning what the problem was and if there was any way to fix it..also yet again i am blown away by your demonstration of how much i myself mean to you as a customer (referring to upgrade of PSU) words alone on that cannot express my gratitude. And it is truly seen just how hard yourself and your co-workers and company work to provide the customer support that you do, i am very very grateful for all the support that has been given to me and shall definitely be looking forward to centering my next computer build around some of the OCZ product line. thanks again!"

Hello Ms. Powell,

I would just like to thank you for all that you have done for me. I really appreciate the time you spent straightening out my mistake on the rebate. I have never had or ever heard of a company that would do so much for a customer, especially when it was the customer's (my) mistake on a rebate request. Just want to let you know too that I am very pleased with the purchases I have made for the OCZ system memory, great product, and your customer service is outstanding. I can't see my buying any other brand other than OCZ from now on!

Great Company
Had some DDR400 ECC memory go bad, OCZ send an upgraded module since they were out of the original module. I doubt you'll get that kind of service from other places. I'll always buy OCZ from now on!
