Hello,

I recently called you concerning low core cpu voltages fearing that it might be caused by the OCZ RAM (Gold XTC PC6400 DDR2 2GB dual channel) I had installed. I want to say that the OCZ tech support team truly understands and practices customer service, support and satisfaction. You guys were awesome. You gave helpful advice and narrowed down the problem by running tests in your lab and getting back to me with an answer in a very short time (that in this day and age is nothing short of amazing), thankfully eliminating that the RAM was the problem...

Wow speedy Customer service and RMA.
I was suprised to get a live person on the phone which spoke in a clear tone and I did not have a hard time communicating with them due to a thick accent or something similar which is sometimes the unsaid rule in this industry. I was quickly issued an RMA and in less than a week of receiving my defective stick which I thought all was lost since it was very old and must have been out of warranty you guys replaced it with a brand new STICK of excellent ram!!!! On top of that the RMA was return shipped priority 2 day and overall this rounded out the best customer service experience I have had thus far. I had lost hope in my stick of RAM and thought surely I would not get brand new RAM but I did and GO OCZ!!!!!!!

I just wanted to let you know that I am incredibly impressed with the customer service I got from Tyler Escover. My ram had been working sporadically before it gave out. This led me to call OCZ Technical Support, which is where I first spoke with Tyler on the phone (Wednesday, September 28th). From the first time I tried to troubleshoot my memory problems to the point where I sent the RAM in for an RMA (the next day on Thursday), Tyler assisted me with all my questions with prompt and courteous emails. I spoke with him on AOL-Instant Messenger several times as well and he was quick to answer all my questions.

I just got my replacement memory today by FedEx, after only TWO days of me contacting Tyler to request him to expedite my RMA process once they receive my items on their end, due to certain circumstances. I am amazed! This is quite possibly the quickest turn-around I have EVER seen in an RMA.

I have to thank Tyler for reinstating my faith in OCZ. I must say, I had greatly underestimated the company, but if every OCZ employee has the work ethic and the ability to deal with customers in a superb manner in the way he did, then there is nothing bad to be said about the company.

You have today gained a loyal customer in me. Thanks to your wonderful company practices and employees such as Tyler Escover.

OCZ is very lucky they have you representing their company because of your professional manner, friendliness, and willingness to help solve a customer's problem. The best tech support and customer service yet.
I have only praise for OCZ. I had problems with my new power supply and being a noob about computers, I called tech support at OCZ. After talking with Sean at tech support, I recieved a no hassle return and recieved an upgraded power supply in trturn. Learning even more about my system, I came to the conclusion that the upgraded PSU was to small of wattage for what I was trying to accomplish. Again I called OCZ, and told them what was going on with my PSU. I was informed that I could RMA that power supply back and in return I would recieve a much more powerful PSU. I RMA'd the PSU supply back and a week later recieved my new very powerful PSU. AWESOME, to say the least. I feel that they came to bat big time for my ignorance about not purchasing that right PSU in the first place. I do not believe there is better customer service and support to be had, then OCZ. Since then, I purchased another PSU for another one of my computer builds and everything is perfect. When ever I need to upgrade any of my components in the future, I will buy only OCZ products. Thanks again OCZ for making my day more then once.

Extreme Opteron Server Performance
We replaced all of our server memory with OCZ Supermicro Qualified DDR Memory, and I couldn't be happier. The timings of CL3-3-3-8 provide us with better latency than the former modules (which were 3-4-4-8).
