| Rub-a-dub-dub, your thumbdrive survived the tub! |
What can I say? I am amazed and happy as can be.
Yesterday, my good wife washed my pants with our load of laundry and then dried them in our dryer. Guess what she found?
My 2GB OCZTECHNOLOGY thumbdrive.
She said, "Hey, Bruce, is this yours?"
My heart sank. I said, "Oh no. Did that go through the washer and dryer?"
"Yes." She said.
I groaned a sigh of death. "My latest work was on that thumbdrive. It's gone now forever."
She, in her infinite wisdom-of-a-woman-way said, "Well, try it. You never know."
Me, of course, said, "No way. It's gone. My data's gone....And it was a great thumbdrive."
"Try it," she said again.
So I did.
WOW! AMAZIING! A MIRACLE! It works! My data was there! My life is saved! Thanks for a great product OCZTECHNOLOGY.

I would just like to say, that I was just on the phone with one of your tech support members, and I was impressed. I've had issues with my new computer due to my RAM's voltage being too low. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, and my motherboard manufacturer just had terrible tech support. Finally I called up OCZ and the person on the phone was able to immediatly guess what ram I was using, as well as what brand of motherboard, and then was able to explain what the problem was. Your support is great, the rams great, I can't see me ever buying another brand of memory. Just wanted to let you know, keep up the good work!

| Water tight case |
A few weeks ago I purchased one of your Rally flash drives. My wife recently washed my shirts in the washing machine at 60 centigrade. Unknown to my wife the Rally flash drive was in a shirt pocket. When she told me about this, I resigned myself to having to buy a replacement. She suggested I try it out to see if it had survived. I thought she must be mad but I did try it out and unbelievably it is still fully functionable! Well done OCZ and I shall certainly be recommending your products.

Admittedly, not many people know about OCZ. I didn't know about OCZ either, until I was in the market for some higher-quality RAM than what came with my computer. I read some good reviews online. Now, 2 memory modules, a power supply, and a USB flash drive later, I am truly impressed with this company's offerings. When I build my next machine, I know who to think of first for my memory and PSU.

Your the best in the business.!!!!! I send you a power supply that had gone bad and you replaced it with a NEW ONE!!!! I have been building computors for over 20 years and OCZ has the best support in the business. Could please teach all of the motherboard manufactors how to run their customer services like yours???? I will be an OCZ Fan for life!!!! for MY buck your memory and power supplies are the best in the business!!!!! Eat your heart out Corsair. If I could make one sugguestion to OCZ it would be A Less Expensive line of power supplies for the People not willing to spend $100.00 plus for a power supply. Of course they miss the boat on not buying a good power supply and dont realize that its one of the foundational part of their computor. Oh YEA this is a testemonial HUH.!!!. Thank you very much for giving me hope that a computor parts company still gives a DAMM about there customers. I will recommend your products to everyone I can.
