Unbelievable Customer Service
I am a first time buyer. Got a pair of dual channel PC3200 2x512 Rams from ebuyer. Unfortunately one of the ram is faulty and I had to get a RMA straight away. At that point I was quite unhappy because the RAMs now cost quite a lot with the parcel delivery fee. But that all changed when I spoke to SEAN on MSN. I mean how many Customer Service help you with your problem over LIVE chat and while at HOME? OCZ, you just got youself another lifetime supporter!

Dear OCZ,
I purchased one of your USB Flash Drives, the 512MB version, a few months ago from my favorite technology web store, TigerDirect, after reading a review in CPU magazine featuring the 2.0GB version. The small form factor, the lifetime warranty, and the dual channel technology made your drive an easy choice to make. The Rally has worked excellently in every PC I have tried it in, from laptops to Desktops, and across Windows XP Pro and 2000. This drive goes into my pocket when i get dressed in the morning and gets used throughout the day and has continued to work flawlessly...
You guys have a great product with the best warranty available. Keep it up.
Sincerely,
Robert T.

OCZ = Outstanding Customer Zervice :)
I have used many types and brands of memory, including OCZ in my quest over the years for the ultimate gaming system. Recently I had a problem with a set of memory. Within 24 hours of posting something on the forums, Eric Ryder and OCZ have solced my problems and are replacing my memory.
Most companies have some sort of forum with "unofficial" support, but never have I seen the incredible levels of customer service, responsiveness and caring as I have over the last few days.
OCZ memory is high quality enough that they certainly do not need to go the extra mile, the product speaks for itself, but the fact that I have gotten this type of service means I will never be using any other brand of memory in my systems again.
Thank you so much and long live OCZ!!!!

Thanks Sean.
Has anyone mentioned to you lately that your support is awesome???
I’m so glad I chose a couple of years ago to go strictly OCZ for my RAM, power supply and now this USB drive! Even if you’re products sucked(which they clearly don’t), your support would more than make up for it.
Cheers,
Michael N.

Hello Andy,
I found out what I did wrong. Apparently one should not use the Dimms in the yellow slots, something that is mentioned several times on dfi-street and that I still managed to miss. My colleague with the similar setup found it out by swapping the Dimms around.
Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your help. I'm positively surprised that a manufacturer is actually supporting his hardware. In Europe it's not usual at all. So big thanks to you and OCZ.
Best regards,
Patrick

Best customer service
I did a lot of research before I decided on OCZ for my memory, being that all I heard is great things about them. Unfortuately I had to RMA my memory. It's really rare to get defective memory, more likely it's some kind of damage that happened along the line after it left the manufaturer, so this does not alter my opinion of their quality. What really shined was their customer service. It was very personal and all my e-mails were answered immediately, and the RMA is on it's way lightning fast. You usually don't find service like this any more. Thanks OCZ!
