"I had what I thought was a bad stick of ram (platinum edition). I emailed OCZ to try and get a new stick of ram, so they ran all the checks and balances to make sure they ram was defective, so I wouldn't be inconvenienced by sending the ram back if I didn't need to. Anyway when I reinstalled the ram to check it out with a memory tool, the ram worked perfectly and still is. I'm still not sure what the problem was but I know that I can count on OCZ if I have anymore problems!"

"I've always known that OCZ sells great RAM, but a few years ago, I bought an OCZ power supply and knew it was something special. However, it wasn't until a few mere weeks ago that my OCZ power supply finally died after a couple of years of dedicated (24/7) service. So, even though the power supply was a bit beat up (from moving it to and from various cases), caked in dust and not functional, OCZ was more than willing to accomdate me by sending me a brand new power supply as a replacement. Now, my servers are back up and running and I'm happier than ever with OCZ. Here's a big thank you to the whole company - everyone there who makes it work - and also to the support staff who handled my issue so judiciously (thanks Eric Von Stwolinski!)"

"When I bought a triple channel memory OCZ3P2000LV6GK was supposed to get 2000Mhz. Since I could not get there by myself I ask for support. The guy that respond to my case was Josh Bersch and told me the correct configurations for my system. At the time I am running the memory modules in a Asus Rampage II Extreme, Core i7 920, with full speed and stability. Thanks OCZ for your support and thank you very much Josh, you change my mind about OCZ."

"To date, I've purchased eight sticks of memory and a SSD drive (Solid Series 60GB). I selected OCZ based on their competitive pricing, but have come to trust them for their reliability and fantastic followup support. As a first generation SSD owner, I was seriously disappointed with the slowness of the drive, but by participating in the forum, I was able to SERIOUSLY speed up my WinXP SSD drive to where it now makes my super-fast Win7 HDD look like a slug in comparison. OCZ has obviously worked hard to make customer service a priority. It's hard to beat great products, good prices, and great after-sale followup service. Even when I had to return two sticks of DDR2 memory recently, Josh Bersch in customer service answered my emails within a day of me sending him an email. And his advice was very knowledgeable - we quickly identified the problem and swiftly arrived at a solution. I'll definitely buy OCZ products in the future."

"Thank you very much for taking care of your customers!!!! I just recieved my RAM today in the mail and only had to pay like 3 dollars for taxes which is amazing concidering it only took 2 days for the shipping and it was coming across the border via UPS. Thank you OCZ I won't hesitate to but another product from you guys!"

"I bought a new PC one year ago that had 8 Gigs of OCZ Platinum memory installed. A few days ago the motherboard went bad. Replaced MB with a MB that was supposed to be compatible with my memory, but the PC would not boot with more then one chip installed. A quick note to OCZ and their tech support team was on it with some ideas. A day later and the PC was booting with all 8 Gigs and as stable as the day I bought it. The OCZ memory's lifetime warranty was "no questions asked - we will make it right" and the reason I buy nothing but OCZ memory and Power Supplies! I am a happy customer. Thanks OCZ!"

"I had bought some OCZ memory about a year ago and i messed around with it a little between now and then. As an online racer, stability is much more important to me than speed at this point. Well i was really getting annoyed that i couldn't get it to work right but the tech support helped me a great deal. The tech person i was dealing with (Josh Bersch) not only helped but was patient as well. As a novice i dont know a great deal about the ins and outs of such things but after about 4 days of trying this and that he finally got a solution for me and im happy to say not only do i have an slight increase in performance but my system has been rock solid. The other night i was online racing for 3 hrs straight without so much as a blip, i am extremely pleased."

I am a middle aged man that through ill health has had to give up work. My hobby for the last 8 years has been tinkering with PCs, which I now do more of as I have more time, and about 2 years ago I started investigating the higher end machines and all the quality top performing ( but reasonably priced), hardware that was on the market. I found OCZ. What sets you apart from the others I thought. So my first OCZ purchase was nothing more than the XTC cooler, which I bought for my wife's pc, online and was incredibly amazed at the quality of build, design and overall finish. One of my favourite sayings has always been "Pay Attention to detail" and you people are most certainly advocates of that. This encouraged me to look further at your product range and decided to treat myself to some pc2-6400 Reaper ram for the pc I built for my wife (thus making the XTC redundant for a while) and again I was truly impressed with build, finish and performance. Then I showed a friend of mine and he bought himself a PSU from you for the same reasons. I then recently built myself a gaming rig and fitted it with 1150 mhz Reaper and bought myself an equlizer gaming mouse. Now I know that this doesn't amount to a great deal in financial terms but the whole reason for this letter is simply to say THANK YOU for some terrific attitudes that have produced a great range of high level, excellent quality, performing products that are quite affordable to most people. It's all too easy to write to complain when something's not right, but I do believe in giving credit where it's due. Thank you once again from a convert.
