I just wanted to say that OCZ has been by far the most helpful computer peripheral company that I have ever come across. Every time I called (twice) you have been very helpful with my questions regarding memory and overclocking. I just got my ASUS P4P800 MB up and running with a P4c 2.6g overclocked to 3g. I'm using your "Gold rev2" pc3700 dual channel DDR. The bus is clocked to 233 at 1:1 and the latencies are set lower than your specs. Both the memory acceleration and performance modes are enabled and it runs without a glitch. I'm sure that your memory is one of the more significant factors that contributed to the success of this project. Many thanks!

First of all, it's well known that in today's day and age Customer Service is for the better part: DEAD. Your company on the other hand seems to be turning this notion around. I was very surprised to see your willingness to help with quick and courteous responses.

I must add that OCZ Technology has been one of the best companies I have dealt with. I have many different vendors memory and have had the unfortunate opportunity of needing to exchange the occasional defective stick. Your company memory exchange system is the best in the business.

Just wanted you folks to know that we have been trying new memory in the custom systems we have been building. OCZ Special Ops Memory surpassed Patriot's comparable memory. We have found that your memory not only performs as advertised, It is "quality product." For nearly twenty years I have built systems for a variety of applications. As well I have worked for Toshiba, Western Digital and a few other well known companies. I have had the privilege to operate a small business providing reasonably priced computer support.
