I had a problem with the connections on my StealthXStream 500W PSU and they were so great I got sent a 700watt gamexstream for an RMA and everything is fine. "Directed by a responder named Josh Bersch I was finally able to continue on gaming without having to worry about my mouse settings randomly changing. I really do thank him for fixing this, no idea how happy and overwhelmed now that I can finally be able to game without this disturbance. I literally felt like a little kid on Christmas morning when he fixed my problem, much gratitude to their awesome customer service. I would like to thank Eric Ryder for the initial support with ref to diagnosis, very quickly diagnosed as faulty memory. I would also like to thank Josh bersch for the continued support thoughout the RMA Process, Very quick responses, very polite & Easy to deal with & very helpful. "Everytime i call you guys answer and are very helpful and polite I am happy because customer service means more than anything. I understand each part is unique and may have certain variables that you need to tweak to get full value and life out of. But many customers are to impatient to understand this we live in the day of instant gratification from which i also suffer but i will never give up on a good quality product."

"I purchased an OCZ Vertex 30GB SSD and have nothing but joy since. I was so impressed with the drive, I took it into work and did a Windows 7 SSD demo. All of my peers loved it. "I purchased a Core v1 64 gb ssd in August 2008. When I found out about the guides on the OCZ forum, I immediately prepared my system for using XP via the procedure for aligning the drive. The difference in performance between the aligned vs unaligned is night and day! Since I set it up according to the step by step guide in the forum, I have not had a single stutter or problem with read/write speed. Thank you very much!"

"Called OCZ with some questions about overclocking and Josh answered. Not only did he assist me with my RAM but also with my settings for the RAM, my FSB, voltages, and a whole list of other things. He was full of knowledge and was not afraid to admit when he was over his head. At which point, he sent me in the direction of someone who could. Thanks Josh for all your help."

No Reason to go Anywhere Else

I have been buying OCZ Products for at least 5 years. I can call OCZ for info on Ram or SSD drives and the response has always been courteous and fast. Not once was bad advice given. I have bought 3 power supplies, Maybe 20 different sticks of Ram and now 2 Vertex 60g SSD drives. Any problems with setup and I can go to the OCZ forums and find what I need. Just no reason to go anywhere else. I was going to buy an Intel SSD drive but my decision was made because there was no one to talk to. Many Thanks
