OCZ LAN Party/Event Sponsorship Program

Qualifying Criteria

In order to qualify for OCZ Sponsorship, your LAN party or other event must meet the following criteria. Please note, OCZ sponsors a limited number of events each month. Qualifying sponsored events are selected on a case-by-case basis:

Before Event

• Submit your completed sponsorship application several weeks in advance of the event.
• Priority is given to established events, although new ones are considered. To qualify, you must demonstrate that your event was successfully organized and promoted in the past or provide references. Also, your event should have a live website or link for your upcoming event.
• Provide OCZ with a reliable contact for your event.
• Agree to identify OCZ as a sponsor of your event, and provide a link to OCZ's website.
• Agree to post the OCZ logo and an animated OCZ web banners as prominently as possible on your main event or organization website. OCZ will provide electronic files for the logo and banner which should be used consistently with OCZ usage guidelines.

During Event

• Agree to prominently display any OCZ promotional banners at your event that OCZ may provide.
• Agree to make any OCZ promotional marketing materials easily available to your attendees that we provide you. Marketing materials may include product brochures, stickers, etc.
• Prominently display any provided OCZ promotional material at your event.

After Event

• Submit a Post-Event Report within several weeks after the event.
• Agree to provide photographs of the event and unlimited permission for OCZ to use these photos for our own promotional purposes on the web or in print.

Disclaimer

OCZ will attempt to support as many legitimate requests as time and resources allow, but since we receive numerous requests for sponsorship each week, we may not be able to sponsor every LAN Party event.

Each application will be considered on a case by case basis and will be evaluated based on the number of participants and the location.

OCZ reserves the right to decline sponsorship. Submission of a request does NOT guarantee sponsorship and sponsorship does NOT guarantee OCZ products as prizes or guarantee any particular cumulative value of our sponsorship package.

Agreements

By submitting this application I certify that I have read and fully understand the criteria for sponsorship and agree to abide by it. I certify that I am an authorized representative of this organization/event.

I furthermore agree that all material, information and photographs I submit to OCZ under the terms of this agreement are copyright free and all pictured participants waive all rights to said material and authorize their use and reproduction by OCZ for promotional purposes in print and on the web.
