Job Position: Senior Firmware Engineer
This position is for our rapidly growing SSD (Solid State Drive) product line. You will be responsible for product performance and stability. You will play a key role in our rapid growth of this product. Your experience with storage will make you a very valuable contributor to OCZ success. You will be establishing the development environment and all of the code management.
Job Position: Sales Representative
The successful candidate will be capable to sell DRAM Modules, Power Supplies and Flash Memory Products to wholesale resellers, system builders, retailers, and e-tailers. The candidate should be able to develop business opportunities in retail and e-tailer channel, and will be responsible for cultivating new and latent accounts as well as maintaining and growing relationships with customers. Job functions will consist of searching for new accounts, making outbound calls to potential customers, developing relationships, recommending sales programs, communicating products and market information, checking inventories, negotiating prices, entering and monitoring orders, and also providing market feedback.
Job Position: OEM Account Manager
Account Manager position focusing on sales activities to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), with a primary focus on the Network appliance, High performance computing and Enterprise storage markets. Responsible for sales of Solid State Drives, High Performance Memory and Power Supplies as well as the complete OCZ portfolio and developing and implementing strategic account plans resulting in the achievement of bookings and sales goals, account profitability and overall customer satisfaction.
Ability to work vertically within the customer’s organization from senior "C" level management to support personnel and identify the key decision makers and influencers and facilitate the engagement of OCZ personnel at the appropriate time and level within the customer’s organization. Perform presentations articulating the value proposition of OCZ products and solutions. Effectively communicate to OCZ management the customer business plans, customer’s business model and drivers, competitive landscape and the requirements needed from OCZ to achieve the strategic business plan for the customer.
Education:
Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience. Bachelor of Science in Business or Electrical Engineering field is strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Experience:
10+ years of experience in selling Storage, Memory or PSU’s with a strong knowledge of enterprise level business. Must have demonstrated experience in negotiating and selling complex tailored solutions and services. Knowledgeable and experienced in the application of enterprise storage systems. Candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and technical competence. Must be able to manage conflict and adapt to change quickly. Hunter mentality and highly motivated to meet and exceed individual goals. Experience in the SSD and Enterprise markets is a plus. This position is located in San Jose, CA. No relocation assistance is provided for this opportunity.
