On average during full load, the OCZ Freeze produced around 7-8 degrees lower than generic silicone paste. My personal favourite is the OCZ Freeze. When it comes to lowering CPU core temperatures, a good quality thermal paste does, and will make a difference. So, go out and arm yourself with some good quality thermal paste.
