It was originally rated at 400MHz with 4-4-3 latencies but we had no issues running them over 500MHz. With a maximum warranted VDIMM of up to 2.3V with EVP, we managed to achieve 475MHz with 4-4-4 timings, which was not too shabby. In fact, these Urban Elite modules currently hold the fastest records in our labs and were faster than other expensive DDR2 modules we have tested here."
