Memories works at default mode as 800MHz and 5-5-5-15 timings at low 1,8V voltage. After setting manufacturer timings performance is increasing, but we just didn’t manage to push timings any lower. However memories worked stable with a lot higher clock – 1178 MHz with 5-5-5-16 timings at 2,35V – it is a great result.”
