"This ram is totally the real deal. Even without an Extreme processor to test it with I manage to overclock my little 631 Cedar Mills pass what I have before and maintaining a superior FSB ratio. Someone with a non-Extreme processor should not hassle to spend the added funds require to obtain this ram. The default specs of 1000 MHz at 5-5-5-12 are nothing to squeeze at, but to 1060 was purely enjoyable. And then running tighter timings and still staying above the 1000 MHz wall was great."
