DOS/V Power Report Magazine (Japan) “Users looking for a unique heatsink should take a closer look on OCZ Reaper HPC tri-channel OCZ3RPR1866C9LV6GK model. This module is highly recommended for Core i7 users who intend to overclock their system.”

EZone Magazine (Hong Kong) "Reaper HPC Series OCZ3RPR1866C9LV6GK are solid tri-channel DDR3 models that work flawless under low-voltage requirements of tri-channel platform”

Neoseeker “This OCZ Reaper comes in at 1866 MHz which is already pretty fast and while Elpida's Hyper memory chips are notorious for reaching higher clocks, I didn't expect to extract much more out of them. With this in mind, I set off to overclock. After spending some time tweaking in the BIOS I ended up relaxing timings to 9-9-9-28, bumping the base clock to 145 MHz while keeping the same memory divider. Those numbers translate into a rather impressive 2024 MHz. Overall, the OCZ Reaper 6GB triple channel kit is a very good match to Core i7 processors. They're clocked high out of the box with acceptable 8-8-8-28 timings and even have some life left into them for those interested in extracting every last megahertz. This triple channel memory from OCZ kit is perfect for those looking to get as much as possible from their brand new Intel system. Their performance at stock settings is impressive so everyone can enjoy the speed without much hassle while overclockers will appreciate the overclocking headroom.”

Pure Overclock "These sticks easily hit their rated speed of 1866MHz at very good CL8 timings, but then also had a bit left in the tank, eventually topping out at 2020MHz at 9-9-9-24 timings. The OCZ modules really start to stretch their legs, so to speak, above 1600MHz (and are capable of 1866MHz at CL8), and finally settling in very comfortably at 2000MHz or above if you have the motherboard to push them. We were rather surprised by the results: OCZ stood toe-to-toe with the competition in convincing fashion, impressive when considering that the Reapers weren't even in the heavyweight 2000MHz class. If you're looking for excellent performance at a rock-bottom price, then these OCZ Reaper 6GB DDR3-1866 modules are a top choice."

PCkoloji (Turkey) “Specially designed for Core i7 based system owners, 6 GB Reaper 1866 MHz Triple kit meets all high expectations. The design is eye-catching. 1.65V operating voltage is an advantage. It was possible to keep 7-7-7-16 until 1600 MHz @ 1.65V. Standard timings of 8-8-8 gave us the 1866MHz and this memory also has loads of overclocking potential, just make sure your motherboard can handle it before you buy this kit!"

Tech Power Up "It seems that OCZ has chosen to use a well balanced approach - giving you a great overclocking spectrum. The memory is great for hardcore overclockers going with any type of liquid cooling, as I am sure the OCZ Reaper HPC can go a bit further and should easily break the 2100 MHz barrier at CL8. Every bump in voltage, even from 1.6 to 1.65V resulted in higher overclockability and the memory continued to exhibit that attribute throughout the latency settings and all the way up to 2.0V. The OCZ Reaper HPC series for the i7 platform really combines the best of many worlds. On one hand you receive memory, which manages to run well at the low voltage required for the Intel chip, but you also get great overclockablity if you are willing to push the memory further. You really cannot go wrong with the OCZ Reaper HPC kit."

Tech4PCs (Mexico) "Those who require that extra 5% + performance in video games and memory intensive applications and CPU definitely pay that little extra. These memory kits are for those who simply want more from his team and always stay one step ahead in performance. OCZ has done a good job of creating economic kits using Elpida chips. OCZ continues to outdo itself by creating ever-improving kits, being a highly competitive company that is getting a break in the industry worldwide. Your warranty, support and quality products are factors that we are proud to be recognized by factors that are designed specifically for consumer enjoyment."
