The rails smoothing circuits made sure the voltage changes weren't erratic so it was safe. Its been stressed over a period of 12 hours on an overclocked system and hasn't flinched. The cooling of the PSU is superb, it moved a healthy amount of air with next to no noise. Seeing as its 80% efficient, it produces less heat, so less RPM of the fan is needed."
