OCZ Technology Group offers a 3 or 5 year PowerSwap™ Warranty on all PSUs
All OCZ Power Supply Families feature an exclusive warranty that allows you to "swap out" a defective power supply. This eliminates the hassle of return-for-repair loops that other companies put you through, saving you time and ensuring you will receive a 100% hand tested, fully functioning unit as a replacement. Your defective power supply can be returned for replacement at any time within the specified warranty period. All replacements are guaranteed to operate without issue and to full specification.
All OCZ Warranties are void for products within or destined to Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria or North Korea. OCZ cannot provide technical support or replacements for those products.

OCZ Technology Group offers Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Memory Modules.
All OCZ Technology memory modules have been thoroughly tested and, when shipped, are free of defects in material and workmanship. OCZ Technology shall immediately replace this product at no charge, if any malfunction should occur, provided the following:
Modules must have an original OCZ Technology Label, and an OCZ branded heatspreader, when applicable. The product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, damaged, neglected, replaced, repaired tampered with or modified.
The product was properly installed and used in its recommended environment. OCZ Technology shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect. You have contacted support for proper instructions and an RMA number.
Under no circumstances will OCZ Technology be liable in any way to any purchaser for any damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, wages, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use OCZ Technology products.
The following will not be covered by our warranty:
Modules physically altered by the end user or that our staff determines were not manufactured by OCZ Technology. (AKA:) Counterfeit OCZ Technology modules. (See Counterfeit Identification Guide 1-09-2003)

What happens after I get approval from OCZ support and send back my memory module?
Once we receive your module, it will be immediately tested. If the part is tested good according to our testing procedure, it may be shipped back to you, or if support determines it may be an incompatibility issue it may be replaced with an equivalent or better part at our discretion. If the module fails our testing process, it will be replaced immediately by an equivalent or better module.
What is the standard turn around time?
If the memory module is from a current generation of memory it will be put on rush processing, and immediately shipped out via UPS. If the memory module is from a prior generation it may be repaired in house or sent to an outsourced facility for repair. At OCZ Technology's sole discretion we may offer current market value credit to purchase another module from our line.
Once the OCZ Technical support staff issues you an RMA number, you are responsible for the following:
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges TO our facility only. OCZ splits the cost with paid return shipping.
- RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please mark at least two sides of the packaging.
- The Memory module must be placed in an anti static bag. You must have at least 2 inches of soft packing around the entire memory module. Use good discretion to ensure your product is packaged safely.
- OCZ understands the inconvenience of system down time. Cross shipments (aka Advance Shipments) are possible with a valid credit card number that will be refunded upon return. Or simply hand-return the product if you live nearby one of our RMA offices (see bottom of page). This can be arranged via your ticket or with one of our service representatives.
- RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days from date of issue. Your ticket number is NOT the same as your RMA number. So, if your "ticket" has been closed,this does not mean your RMA is not being processed. Please create a new ticket and reference your assigned RMA number if you wish to add additional comments after your ticket is closed.
- If you have additional concerns about an RMA or your product, please reference them in your ticket and our support staff will do what they can to streamline the process for you.
What should I do if I receive the replacement module, and it still does not work?
Generally, this indicates that the problem is related to something other than the memory module. Please contact support again we will do what we can to help.

You must create a support ticket here before OCZ can issue an RMA. Once you have received an RMA number from the support staff, you may ship or hand carry the product back to one of the following locations. PLEASE READ YOUR SUPPORT TICKET CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THE LOCATION OF RETURN:
